Job Summary:
As an IT Trainee Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the bank's technology infrastructure. You will undergo comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training to develop your technical skills and knowledge, preparing you for a successful career in IT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and support of the bank's technology systems and infrastructure
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve IT services and operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of IT experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems
