Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that the products are fit for purpose, is consistent and meet both external and internal requirements. This includes quality compliance and
customer expectations To coordinate the activities required to meet the set quality standards of company To monitor and advise the on the performance of the
quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards To liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality
management system is functioning properly. Where appropriate, to advice on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve the quality
standards Devising and establishing the company's quality procedures and specifications Reviewing the customer requirements and make sure that they are fully complying Making sure that manufacturing of production processes meets quality standards. Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency Defining quality procedures in conjunction with production and quality audit staff Setting up and maintaining assurance and
documentation procedures. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical analysis
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Bachelors/ Masters in Engineering or relevant Master in TQM, Certifications in Quality Management System
EXPERIENCE:
8 to 10 years' of relevant experience Preferable Shoes Industry.
