Job Opportunity: Manager Quality Assurance – Shoes Manufacturing Industry

A rapidly growing shoe manufacturing company is looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual to join the team as a Manager Quality Assurance. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in quality assurance in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Compliance and Customer Expectations:Ensure that products meet both internal and external quality standards, including compliance with customer expectations.
- Coordination and Monitoring:Coordinate activities to meet the company's quality standards. Regularly monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, producing data and reports to measure performance against established standards.
- Collaboration and Implementation:Work closely with other managers and staff across the organization to ensure the quality management system is functioning effectively. Provide guidance on necessary changes and support the implementation of those changes, including offering training, tools, and techniques to achieve quality standards.
- Quality Procedures and Specifications:Develop and establish the company's quality procedures and specifications.
- Customer Requirements Compliance:Review customer requirements to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
- Manufacturing Process Quality:Ensure that the manufacturing and production processes meet the required quality standards. Focus on reducing waste and improving efficiency across operations.
- Procedure Definition and Documentation:Define quality procedures in collaboration with the production and quality audit teams. Set up and maintain assurance and documentation procedures.
- Performance Monitoring and Data Analysis:Monitor performance through relevant data collection, producing statistical analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Academic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- A Master’s degree in Total Quality Management (TQM) or certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS) will be a significant advantage.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably within the shoes manufacturing industry.
