Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.


Responsibilities:


1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients, responding to their queries and concerns.

2. Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Follow the customer service script provided by the company to ensure consistency and quality of service.

4. Maintain good customer relations by providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

5. Meet personal and team targets, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

6. Maintain accurate records of conversations with customers and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

7. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.

8. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality of service.

9. Upsell other products and services whenever possible to increase sales and revenue.


Qualifications and Experience:


- Intermediate degree in any discipline (preferred)

- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in an international campaign

- Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems

- Excellent English communication skills


Skills:


- Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills

- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks


Salary and Benefits:


- Basic salary: 45-55K per month

- Performance allowance: based on individual and team performance
