Job Opportunity: HR Associate - Recruitment Team
Samba Bank Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR Associate to join our Recruitment team in the Human Resources and Training Department, based in Karachi.
Job Summary:
As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment function, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes. You will work closely with the Recruitment team to source, attract, and select top talent for various roles within the bank.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide support throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
