Key Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and ensuring the smooth process of import media clearance.
  2. Conducting performance audits of brokers to maintain quality standards.
  3. Auditing import shipments for duties and taxes to ensure compliance.
  4. Verifying monthly invoices for accuracy and alignment with organizational policies.
  5. Coordinating effectively with customs authorities and clearance brokers to address issues or streamline operations.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of the courier business and related processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
