Key Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and ensuring the smooth process of import media clearance.
- Conducting performance audits of brokers to maintain quality standards.
- Auditing import shipments for duties and taxes to ensure compliance.
- Verifying monthly invoices for accuracy and alignment with organizational policies.
- Coordinating effectively with customs authorities and clearance brokers to address issues or streamline operations.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- In-depth knowledge of the courier business and related processes
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and collaboration
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
