Job Opportunity: Warehouse Incharge
Engro Fertilizers Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Warehouse Incharge at our location in Burewala. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our warehouse operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management:
- Manage warehouse operations in compliance with Engro Fertilizers Ltd. policies, procedures, HSE standards, and legal regulations.
- Report safety incidents or any deviations as per company guidelines.
2. Inventory Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of products, equipment, and company assets.
3. Logistics and Quality Control:
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations and oversee product quality.
4. Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse and ensure proper housekeeping.
5. Reporting and Process Management:
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage process-related tasks and perform KATLA (Key Activity Tracking & Log Analysis) to ensure effective process management and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
