Available Positions:
1. Manager Budgeting & Costing
Job Summary:
Lead the development of costing methodologies and mechanisms to ensure accurate reflection of hospital costs in our Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement costing methodologies
- Ensure accurate cost reflection in HIMS
- Collaborate with departments to identify areas for cost improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a managerial capacity
2. Officer Budgeting & Costing
Job Summary:
Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning by providing allocation and expense projections. Develop a liaison between the cost center and Financial Services on financial matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning
- Provide allocation and expense projections
- Develop a liaison between the cost center and Financial Services
Qualifications and Experience:
- (link unavailable) Finance/ACCA or ACMA finalist
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting
3. Assistant Manager Human Resources
Job Summary:
Carry out HR functions, including manpower planning, job evaluation, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manpower planning and job evaluation
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance management and compensation and benefits
- Payroll management
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA/MPA
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer use
4. Trainee Pharmacist
Qualification:
- Pharm-D (Fresh) from a recognized university
5. Pharmacy Assistant
Qualification:
- Intermediate Science (Premedical) or Dispenser Diploma
- Good computer skills
