HBL is looking to hire Social Relationship Officers in Digital Marketing Division who will be responsible for monitoring and managing all queries across multiple digital and social media platforms in order to facilitate customers &provide quick and firsthand resolution on social channels.
Job Details:
Manage effective relationships with customers on social media and digital channels. Respond to customers in a timely manner using social listening and community management tool. Manage and keep a regular check on sentiments and tags for all mentions.
Monitor, track and report on feedback across all platforms Perform maintenance activities including logging complaints and requests, and assisting customers.
Location: Karachi
Experience: Fresh OR Up to 1 years' experience
