Available Positions  


1. Subject Matter Specialists  


Basic Eligibility Criteria:  

Expertise required in one or more of the following areas:  
- Risk Management: Fraud, Operational Risk, and Information Security  
- Credit Operations: Corporate, Commercial, SME, Agriculture, and Consumer  
- Payment Services: Commercial and Retail Banking, Service Quality, and Customer Services  
- HR, Trainings, and Outsourcing  
- Financial Reporting and Disclosures  
- Anti-Money Laundering and Sanction Compliance  
- Treasury and Capital Market Management  
- Operations: Business Continuity and International Trade  
- Corporate Governance  

Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 8 years of experience in a financial institution, including 3 years in the specified domain  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Assist business groups in implementing compliance risk processes  
- Provide advisory support on regulatory rules and regulations  
- Design and implement controls to manage compliance risks  
- Conduct risk reviews of business functions  
- Maintain and update regulatory matrices  
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Compliance  

2. AML Analyst (Infrastructure and IT Compliance)  


Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum Master’s, ACCA, or ACMA from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 4 years of experience in AML/CFT transaction monitoring and compliance  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Analyze and investigate suspicious transactions  
- Monitor customer transactions daily using AML systems  
- Review and report AML alerts and conduct required due diligence  
- Maintain records of cases handled  
- Prepare SAR filings and required documentation for regulatory reporting  

3. Department Head, FATCA and CRS Compliance  


Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 5 years of experience in FATCA and CRS compliance  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Supervise FATCA and CRS units and handle all related matters  
- Track regulatory changes and update policies accordingly  
- Coordinate FATCA implementation efforts across affiliate groups  
- Ensure consistent compliance across expanded group levels  

4. Regulatory Compliance Officer  


Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, CRM, or operations  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Review and update policies and procedural manuals to ensure legal compliance  
- Coordinate with departments for timely policy revisions  
- Assist in Institutional Risk Assessment Framework (IRAF) evaluations  
- Support external audits and regulatory reviews  

5. Sanctions Analyst  


Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum Master’s, ACCA, or ACMA from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 4 years of experience in sanctions screening and compliance  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Investigate and escalate sanctions-related hits  
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international sanctions  
- Perform portfolio screening for high-risk customers  
- Develop SLAs and documentation for sanctions compliance processes  

6. KYC Officer  


Qualifications and Experience:  

- Minimum Master’s, ACCA, or ACMA from an HEC-recognized institution  
- At least 4 years of experience in KYC/CDD and AML/CFT compliance  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Review and verify account-opening forms and customer profiles  
- Monitor KYC/CDD compliance for new and existing accounts  
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-risk accounts  
- Guide branches on AML/CFT policy implementation
