WE ARE HIRING (SR. PLANNING ENGINEERS)
- BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for the Planning activities of the project and to assist the Planning & Cost Control Manager & Project Manager in claims & disputes for the project including performing Delay Analysis as dictated by the relevant contract.
* Coordinating the planning & scheduling needs of the project with the respective project Managers in a matrix form of organization.
* Finalization of project baseline schedule with co-ordination of internal management and project Consultants utilizing Primavera P6.
* Skilled in preparing & floating of tender and Execution strategic plan of Infrastructure and Construction Building and Villas “all Kind of Villas and High-rise Buildings” to Developer, Evaluating Offers, Techno-commercial discussion and finalizing contract in view of project schedule.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
* B. Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering, with minimum 10 - 15 years of work experience in Planning in a building construction company.
* Knowledge of FIDIC is an added advantage.
* Must have a good history of delivering Delay Analysis exercise, Dashboards and Management Presentations.
